SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped within 5 days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
RETURNS
If you need to return an item, please send an email to deadking.info@gmail.com with your name, order number and request for a refund or exchange. Please send a request within 30 days or your item will not be approved for either.
Once your item is received within the 30 day period, it will be inspected to determine if it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be used, worn, washed, or altered in any way. Your item must also be in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. If any of these conditions are not met, the item will be shipped back to you.
If you receive a damaged item, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
After your item is inspected, you will receive an email notification stating whether or not you are approved for a refund or exchange. If you are approved, your return will be processed and your credit will applied to you credit card automatically.
TERMS
This company cannot be responsible for any packages lost in transit if they are tracked as delivered. If this occurs, please notify your local post office and they will assist you in finding your package.
This company also cannot be liable for any returns lost in transit.
